1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ln777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ln777 website at https://ln777.app and all associated products and services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and account management features.

ln777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. 2 Eligibility & Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Submission of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Registration Process

To create an ln777 account, navigate to the ln777 Login page and complete the registration form. You will be required to select a username, create a secure password, and provide your contact information. ln777 will send a verification communication to the contact details provided. Registration is not complete until verification is confirmed.

ln777 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at any time, at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason for the decision. In such cases, any genuine funds held in the account will be returned to the payment source after appropriate checks.

3 Account Obligations

As a registered player on ln777, you accept the following ongoing obligations with respect to your account:

Security of Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ln777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members. ln777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ln777 support immediately at the contact details provided on this site. ln777 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receipt of a credible report, but cannot guarantee recovery of funds lost prior to the notification.

Account Accuracy

You must keep your account information current and accurate at all times. Any change to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods must be notified to ln777 promptly. Providing false or outdated information may result in delays to withdrawal processing or account suspension.

Single Account Policy

Each player may hold only one account on the ln777 platform. If ln777 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual — whether by name, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination of identifiers — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses or promotional credits obtained across duplicate accounts will be voided, and winnings generated through bonus funds on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account Activity

Accounts that remain inactive — defined as having no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity — for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. ln777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, as detailed in the applicable fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified before any fee is applied, and the account will be reactivated free of charge upon the player's return.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ln777 — deposits and withdrawals alike — are subject to the rules set out in this section. ln777 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh:

Deposits

The minimum deposit on ln777 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though ln777 may apply enhanced due-diligence checks for large or unusual deposit patterns in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited to the ln777 wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Withdrawals

Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in the account must be completed before bonus-derived balances can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time subject to verification.

ln777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of identity, proof of address, or payment method verification — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days of the request may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account wallet.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ln777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where there is a conflict between the general rules and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Eligibility for Bonuses

To be eligible for a bonus or promotional offer, you must hold a verified ln777 account in good standing. Accounts that have been suspended, that are under investigation, or that are subject to self-exclusion are not eligible for promotional offers. ln777 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus at its discretion where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on ln777 are subject to a wagering requirement — sometimes referred to as a rollover or playthrough requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified for the promotion. Failure to meet the requirement within the applicable period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account balance.

Bonus Abuse

Practices that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer more than once; using low-risk or near-zero-variance betting strategies designed specifically to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk; exploiting software errors or display anomalies to obtain bonus credits not legitimately earned; and coordinating with other players to generate artificial wagering activity.

Where bonus abuse is identified, ln777 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, close the relevant account, and withhold any funds pending investigation. Confirmed instances of large-scale or systematic bonus fraud may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Promotional Offers

Promotional offers — including seasonal campaigns tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, the T20 World Cup, and the IPL — are time-limited and subject to availability. ln777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming activity on ln777 is subject to the rules set out in this section, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

Sports Betting

All bets placed on ln777 are final once confirmed. ln777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where permitted by the specific rules of the market in question (for example, cash-out eligibility). Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed as scheduled will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.

ln777 reserves the right to void any bet — before or after settlement — where there is evidence that the bet was placed on the basis of inside information, match-fixing, or corrupt activity. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds ("palpable error") may also be voided. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's wallet.

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds fluctuate rapidly and ln777 does not guarantee that any specific market or odds price will remain available. Bets accepted during the in-play period are binding on both the player and the platform once confirmed, subject to the standard void provisions above.

Casino Games

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ln777 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Match-fixing and insider betting: Placing bets using information that is not publicly available, or participating in any scheme to fix, manipulate, or corrupt the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker and live dealer games where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to interact with the ln777 platform in place of genuine human play, including for the purpose of satisfying wagering requirements.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider after wagering deposited funds, or instructing your payment provider to reverse a legitimate transaction made to ln777.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, probe, or disrupt the ln777 platform infrastructure, including its website, APIs, game servers, or payment systems.
• Exploiting software errors: Taking advantage of known or discovered software bugs, display glitches, or pricing errors to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages that would not have been available under normal operating conditions.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ln777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or subsequent verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a valid legal order from a court, regulator, or law enforcement authority requiring the restriction of the account.
• Voluntary request by the player under the platform's self-exclusion programme.
• Account inactivity as defined in Section 3 of these Terms.

Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their ln777 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support via the email address published in the site footer. Upon receipt of a closure request, ln777 will process any outstanding withdrawal of real-money balances to the player's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be voided upon account closure.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account — whether voluntary or platform-initiated — the player's access to the ln777 platform is revoked. Player data will be retained by ln777 for the period required under applicable data retention obligations. The closure of an account does not affect any legal rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of closure.

Players who have been subject to a platform-initiated closure due to fraud or prohibited conduct are not eligible to re-register. Attempts to circumvent a platform-initiated closure by registering a new account will be treated as a further violation of these Terms.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ln777 and its operators, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated earnings.
• Loss of data or account content.
• Damage to device, software, or network infrastructure caused by accessing or using the platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical failure, maintenance, or external factors beyond ln777's reasonable control (including internet outages, power failures, and force majeure events).
• Actions of third-party payment providers, game software providers, or data feed providers.

In circumstances where ln777's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, ln777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall be limited to the total amount of genuine deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for: death or personal injury caused by ln777's gross negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ln777; or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The ln777 platform and all content within it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ln777 makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or availability of the platform or any of its content for any particular purpose.

10 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which ln777 is registered and licensed to operate. Players are responsible for determining whether the use of online gambling services is lawful in their own jurisdiction.

Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding your ln777 account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the platform's service, you should follow the procedure below:
